Elevate your leadership practice with a 5-hour self-paced, online course designed to help you explore the relationship between integrity and congruence, inclusivity through the lens of critical social theory, and the importance of community and interdependence in leadership.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of Socially Responsible Leadership, you will be able to:

  1. Recognize and articulate aspects of their personal identity, values, and commitments that influence how they understand and show up in the world as leaders.
  2. Examine how cultural backgrounds, socialization, and intercultural sensitivity impact their ability to work effectively with others across differences.
  3. Critically assess how social structures, root causes, and interdependence affect leadership, communities, and access to opportunity.
  4. Demonstrate leadership skills such as active listening, conflict navigation, and adaptive response to change, with awareness of intent vs. impact and community care.
  5. Synthesize what they’ve learned across the modules to articulate their evolving leadership philosophy and ongoing commitments to self-awareness, equity, and change-making.
