Elevate your leadership practice with a 5-hour self-paced, online course designed to help you explore the relationship between integrity and congruence, inclusivity through the lens of critical social theory, and the importance of community and interdependence in leadership.

- Recognize and articulate aspects of their personal identity, values, and commitments that influence how they understand and show up in the world as leaders.
- Examine how cultural backgrounds, socialization, and intercultural sensitivity impact their ability to work effectively with others across differences.
- Critically assess how social structures, root causes, and interdependence affect leadership, communities, and access to opportunity.
- Demonstrate leadership skills such as active listening, conflict navigation, and adaptive response to change, with awareness of intent vs. impact and community care.
- Synthesize what they’ve learned across the modules to articulate their evolving leadership philosophy and ongoing commitments to self-awareness, equity, and change-making.
